GYMA was incorporated on the 13th October 2011, in Singapore, with a mission to
enhance stakeholder's value through sound investment in companies that
shares similar values and culture as GYMA.

2012 - Acquired 100% of Sensing Technology Corporation in Philippines
2017 - Acquired 50% stake in Senze Instruments Pte Ltd in Singapore
2017 - Acquired 70% stake in UniCal Pte Ltd in Singapore
2023 - Acquired simple majority in Senze Instruments Pte Ltd in Singapore
2024 - Incorporated GYMA Instruments Corporation in Philippines
